Mount TBR: A Molehill, really.

Somehow, my unruly mountain of To-Be-Reads has been tamed, leaving me with nothing more than molehill.  With shelf space at a premium, I’ve taken to piling upcoming-review books on a stool next to my desk.  I bought the stool at a flea market about 100 years ago and until yesterday, never considered reupholstering it.

The original material on this stool was festooned with hideous, over-sized mauve and yellow flowers that induced vomiting.  I dug around in my remnant bin and came up with this snappy piece of orange material from Fabrika, a nifty shop in Savannah, GA.  Hurrah!

Orange is a color that I rarely use or choose but whenever I spot it, it never fails to amaze me. It’s a color that surprises really.

I love the stool…how awesome is it that the books in your TBR pile totally match the fabric! I don’t know how you managed to find the perfect fabric in your remnant bin AND get your TBR pile so small but I am seriously jealous.
